Dutch Municipal mounted Police short sword 1900. (JP. Page 102- 177-l)

"Politie sabel van de Bereden Gemeente Politie ca. 1900". / Dutch Municipal Mounted Police short sword, around 1900. Excellent-curved bright finished fullered pointed blade. German maker's trademark: Knight helmet and Kings head over W. K. C. & Co.(= Weyerberg & Kirschbaum- Solingen) on the ricasso and the unreadable Dutch retailers name and residence in a scroll on the blade side:  ?? over  's GRAVENHAGE. Leather washer intact. Excellent massive cast hilt with 8 fine ribs in Berlin-silver. Excellent Berlin-silver crossguard with two opposite quillons with flower motives finals.
Excellent black leather scabbard with clear tooling. All stitches intact and the Berlin-silver top mount with no dents. Top mount with olive shape frog stud.
The capes shows a couple of small dents only.
Comes with its correct black leather frog as found. 
Total length;  68,5 cm. Width at the ricasso:  2,8 cm.
