Norwegian M 1913 shortened bayonet (ABCN256-1 / ABCN767)(K246)(JN151-2)

Krag Jorgensen M 1894 rifle/ M 1912 rifle and M 1925 rifle. Serial number: 2934 on crossguard. Excellent parkerized shortened M 1913 plain blade with Norwegian makers logo Crown over K (=Kongsberg Arsenal) on ricasso and two crisp inspection markings on the reverse side. Excellent bright finished hilt with locking catch close to the crossguard. T-slot in pommel. Excellent wooden grips fixed by a single screw to the hilt.
Excellent and pretty rare shortened dark brown leather scabbard with a steel internal chape and an integral leather belt frog. Serial number: 16184. 

This rare M 1913 bayonet was shortened and parkerized by Germany during WWII.
