Very impressive and very heavy French Napoleonic era HC troopers sword. These swords were made in Klingenthal and supplied to Napoleon Bonaparte Grande Armee and used on the battle field of Waterloo!
These sword served a very long time. In 1816 many were modified by replacing the hilt by a lighter version.
Very nice absolutely genuine example.! Not a copy.
