10. Returns Policy:
10.1 If for some unlikely reason you are unhappy with your purchase from Edgedweapons.nl, the first thing you must do is contact us to discuss the problem and try to solve it. If your complaint is found justified by EdgedWeapons.nl we will refund your money after we have received the item(s) back. Postage cost, return postage cost and import cost are not refundable.
10.2 Items should be returned within the Dutch Statutory legally binding period of 7 days. Please return the item(s) using the same packaging as you received the item(s) in, securely. After we examine the returning item(s) to ensure that they are in the same condition as when they were sent out.
10.3 If your complaint is found not justified by EdgedWeapons.nl, we will refund your money minus 15 % restocking cost, using the same method as payment.
10.4 Customers should be aware that changes in their circumstances; indecision or merely ‘changing their mind‘ following receipt of goods will not entitle them to a refund.
10.5 This refund offer does not apply to any goods purchased in error (including errors in translation of the text of this web site to another language), on behalf of a third party, nor the goods that have been damaged, disassembled or tampered with after purchase.
10.6 Edgedweapons.nl sells bayonets for bayonet collections. We will not take back and refund bayonets which do not fit rifles.
10.7 The responsibility lies with the customer to ensure that any goods ordered are allowed to be imported into your country.
10.8 The cost of the returning item must be borne by the buyer.
11. Insurance:
11.1 Although we offer a world wide export scheme it must be understood that items are sent entirely at the customer's own risk.
11.2 We will package the items well to prevent damage, and obtain all relevant dispatch documents etc, but in the event of a parcel being lost in transit we will not be liable for such a loss.
11.3 For national and international orders sent by PostNL we use a Track & Trace system. Once posted we cannot control delivery however we can prove that items have been sent.
11.4 EdgedWeapons.nl is not responseble for delays in delivery coursed by the outbreak of the Corona virus crisis.
