Iranian contract Czech made M 1898/29 Mauser rifle Kal. 8 mm. Beautiful bright finished fullered long blade. Edge downwards. Bright finished pommel with T-O slot, marked with a small crown and a serial number in Farsi characters. Bright crossguard riveted to the blade with muzzle ring MRD 15 mm. Excellent wooden grips fixed to the blade tang with screw bolts.
Very nice blued metal scabbard with a loop frog stud. Some user spurs only but no dents.
A near MINT example!.
