English M 1907 bayonet by REMINGTON, USA. (ABCN1027-3)(K318)9JN57-3)

British Lee Enfield (SMLE) No.7 rifle. Second pattern bayonet. Excellent++ bright finished fullered blade. First 2,5 cm are blackened. Ricasso is very crisp marked: 1907 over US makers name: REMINGTON in a circle  over the date: 11 '15.  British inspection marks on reverse side of the ricasso: /I\ over Crown over K5 over E , Crown over T6 over E.  another US marking: I over 5 over A , X and a re-issue date: '25.  Excellent+ walnut grips secured to the blade tang by to screw bolts.  Excellent blued pommel and crossguard with muzzle ring MRD 16.5 mm.Oil hole in pommel. 
Excellent++ brown leather  scabbard with blued steel mounts both RE (=Remington) marked. Top mount with an oval frog stud and three rivets. All stitches intact and no dents to the mounts. The leather body is marked /I\  crown over 24 over A. 
Comes with is genuine green khaki frog with a non-readable stamp on the reverse side as found.

English M 1907 bayonets made by REMINGTON - USA are quite  scarce. Only 100.000 were produced in 1915 and '16.
