Semi-automatic rifle L1A1 Cal. 7.62 No s#. Second model. Minty fullered deep blued Bowie type blade with a short fuller. Enfield marking Ð67 (= Enfield 1967) on ricasso. Blackened blackened pommel T- type mortise slot. Straight type crossguard with muzzle ring MRD 14.8 mm. Black metal grips are riveted to the tang by two hollow rivets. Both grips are NATO code marked: L1A3 9600257 Ð71 (= made at ENFIELD).
Minty and correct blued metal no. 5 MK1 scabbard with round frog stud. Top of the scabbard is marked /I\.
Scarce second model. Blade with short fuller and straight crossguard.
