Portuguese 1937 German M 84/98 contract bayonet. (ABCN461-3-4-5)(K0)(JN158)

Portuguese 1937 / German contract Mauser M84/98 rifle and carbine. Serial number: D 13575 on the side of the pommel. Excellent blued fullered blade with no date, markings and no makers name. Blued crossguard with no muzzle ring and pommel with T-O slot and a Portuguese serial number. Two very crisp German Waffenambt markings: WaA253 on the pommel. Excellent wooden grips fixed to the blade tang by screw bolts. Flash guard. Excellent and correct blued unmarked scabbard. No dents.

The contract was delivered in two batches. The first, with serial numbers on the pommel in 1937. The second delivery of the German-Portuguese contract with a serial number on the crossgard in 1941.
