German M 1884/98 bayonet, Third model, WWII by DURKOPP '38. (ABCN455-1)(K143)(JN100-2)

Mauser K98. Serial number: 9021 over g on the ricasso. Excellent++ fullered blued blade with German makers name: DURKOPP crisp on the ricasso and 38 on the blade spine.  Reverse side with serial number. Excellent++ blued pommel and crossguard. Excellent+ flash gard and two German WaA Waffenambt markings  on the pommel. Excellent black bakelite ribbed grips, secured to the tang by two screw bolts.
Excellent (not matching) maker and dated steel scabbard: DURKOPP  over 39 and serial number: 999 over b. No dents to the scabbard.

Very nice deep blued example.
