English Brown Leather Bayonet Frog Mark II. M 1912(AC 128)

English Brown Leather Bayonet Frog Mark II. (1912) Bayonet belt frog for the P 1907 bayonet and the P 1888 bayonet. Excellent large and thick reddish brown bayonet frog with cross strap and brass buckle on the right side.  All stitches intact and two brass rivets. English makers name: HOBSON & SONS over 1963 over LONDON Ltd. in a box on the reverse side.
Height: 23,5 cm /  91/3 Inch.

This frog model was introduced in 1912 and supplied to the Royal Military Academy at Woolwich and the Royal Military College at Sandhurst during the 1950s.
