German M 1884/98 bayonet, Third model, WWII by CARL EICKHORN 1938. (ABCN455-1)(K143)(JN100-2)

Mauser K98. Serial number: 7505 over R on the ricasso. Excellent fullered blued blade with German makers name and date:  CARL EICKHORN crisp on the ricasso and 38 on the blade spine.  Reverse side with serial number. Excellent blued pommel and crossguard. Excellent+ flash gard and two German droopwing Waffenambt markings  on the pommel. Excellent dark brown bakelite grips, secured to the tang by two screw bolts.
Excellent (not matching) maker and dated steel scabbard: MUNDLOS  over 38 and serial number: 2730 over c. No dents to the scabbard.
