German M 1884/98 bayonet, Third model, WWII by 44 agv (ABCN455-1)(K143)(JN100-2)

Mauser K98. Serial number: 3582 on the ricasso. Excellent- fullered blued blade with the scarce German makers code and late date : 44 agv (= BERG & Co. ) on the ricasso. The blade shows a late wartime finish. Reverse side with serial number. Excellent blued pommel and crossguard. Flash gard with no serieus dents. Two German Waffenambt markings  on pommel. Excellent wooden grips. Left grip shows some light abuse only.
Excellent matching maker marked and dated blued scabbard, with no serieus dent, only user spurs, also marked: 44 agv (= BERG & Co) and a not matching serial number: 4454 over C on the reverse.
