English M 1887 Mk III bayonet by ENFIELD. (ABC N 1255-1) (K 375) (JN )

Martini Henry M 1887 rifle. Superb bright finished plain blade. Dated:  4 '98 on ricasso. Reverse side is stamped with: /I\ over EFD (= ENFIELD Maker),  WD, and an Enfield inspection mark: Crown over 58 over E and X. Blade spine with two more crisp Enfield inspection marking: Crown over 83 over E. Excellent bright T- slotted pommel and crossguard with stepped muzzle ring (MRD 17,7 mm) and quillon. Slot is marked: Crown over 10 over M.  Oil hole in pommel. Excellent checkered black composite grips fixed to the blade tang by two rivets showing very little wear only. 
Excellent black leather scabbard with a serial number on the frog stud: 328 over E-M and /I\.  No dents to the bright finished fittings. All stitches intact.
NO NEPALESE MARKINGS as many show!
