German used Czechoslovakian M 1895 bayonet by Prague Arsenal. Regimental marked and Nazy stamped! (ABCN310)(K78)(JN33-1)
Mannlicher M 1895 rifle, cal. 8 x 50R. Serial number: 10 in mortise slot Matching!. Excellent parkerized fullered blade. Cutting edge up. Czechoslovakian maker's trademark: ( "Yin & Yang sign") ZP in a circle (= Zbrojovka in Prague) on ricasso. Downside blade is marked: T. Excellent bright finished pommel and crossguard with muzzle ring MRD 15 mm. Inside mortise slot is marked: 1O. Pommel is unusual marked with a very small but crisp Nazy stamp. A single German eagle, a German property marking and not a Waffenambt stamp!
Top of the pommel is unit marked: P 39 over 275. Rivets in crossguard. Excellent wooden grips riveted to the blade tang.
Excellent black painted scabbard with no dents, U on a circle, Matching serial number: 10 on the frog stud and MO in an oval (=Moravske Ocelarny=Moravian Steelworks.) near the throat.
Czechoslovakian made M 1895 bayonets are not common.
A pre- WWII example made in the Prague Arsenal with a German Nazy property stamp! This is an Austrian M 1895 bayonet accepted in German Service and possible used by German police.
