"Belgian naval officers ceremonial sword belt", over coat model. Excellent black fabric belt with gilt borders, fabric straps with gilt borders and a gilt brass hanging hook. A gilt brass round two piece buckle showing a the monogram of King Leopold III ( 1934 - 1951)
