Description
Swiss SIG-Manhurhin 540 rifle Cal. 5.56 mm .223 Remington. Excellent flat speer pointed parkerized blade. Tip with two small flat grindings. Parkerized alluminium tubular socket covered with a green plastic sleeve with a pivoting press catch. Two small plastic quillons. Green plastic scabbard with a green integrated nylon frog with retaining strap.
Designed by SIG in NEUHAUSEN - Switzerland and produced by MANHURIN in Mulhouse - France.
2.500 were used in Libanon in 1977-1979 by the 2e Regiment French para-troops.
