Norwegian M 1913 shortened bayonet (ABCN256-1 / ABCN767)(K246)(JN151-2)

Krag Jorgensen M 1894 rifle/ M 1912 rifle and M 1925 rifle. Serial number: 2934 on crossguard. Excellent parkerized shortened M 1913 (unusual!) narrow fullered blade. Width of the fuller is 7 mm. New false edge added. No maker marks on the ricasso. Excellent parkerized hilt with locking catch close to the crossguard. T-slot in pommel. Excellent wooden grips fixed by a single screw to the hilt. 
Excellent and pretty rare shortened dark brown leather scabbard with a steel internal chape and a flexible integral leather belt frog. All stitches of the scabbard body are intact. Serial number: 16184. 
Shortened to a total length of 33 cm

This rare M 1913 bayonet was shortened and parkerized by Germany during WWII.
