Dutch WWII Infantry officers cap badge. Brass ramping crowned lion with a sword and arrows in his claws above a scroll with NEDERLAND. Two securing blades on the reverse side and makers name: J.R. GAUNT - LONDON.
These ware made in England during WWII for Dutch Infantry officers of the Princes Irene Brigade in exile.
Quite a scarce item. MINT never used condition.
