Description
Schmidt-Rubin M 1889/89-96/96/11. Serial number: 382401 on the crossguard. Excellent+ bright finished fullered blade with Swiss maker's name: WAFFENFABRIK NEUHAUSEN in two lines on the ricasso. Type II with bar in fuller. Excellent chromium plated pommel and straight crossguard with a muzzle ring. (MRD 15 mm). Plating is 100% intact. Excellent + wooden grips, riveted to the tang with two large steel rivets.
Excellent blued scabbard with leather tab and no dents.
It comes with an Excellent and correct brown leather frog with faint maker's name. ........ 1927 over BOLTIGE.
