Description
Rifle 303 no.4. Serial number: 65 on shank. Minty straight dark parkerized non-fullered UZI type blade with large false edge, riveted by two rivets to the socket. Excellent dark blued socket.
Excellent blackened steel scabbard with no dents. South African ownership stamp Broad arrow in an U on scabbard throat.
These typical South African made bayonets were called No. 9 and were made by ARMSCOR around 1960. Most are totally unmarked. They were used by South African commando's.
