Description
Portuguese Infantry bayonet frog for the M 1886 Kropatcheck / M 1904 Mauser Verqueiro rifle. Excellent black leather bayonet frog with a retaining strap with a brass buckle and roller. Reverse side is crisp marked: L.P. over a large crossmark. (Ref. Anthony carter AC 382)
These were used both with the M 1886 Kropatcheck bayonet and M 1904 Mauser Verqueiro bayonet.
Excellent genuine example.
