"Nederlands infanterie officiers sabel M 1912 -Wandelsabel-" / Dutch M 1912 Infantry officers sword. Excellent bright polished slightly curved fullered blade with the Dutch quallity proof mark: YZERHOUWER in a scroll on the blade. Felt washer is intact. Excellent brass hilt with lion head and knuckle bow. Crossguard with forward swept quillon with lion head. Excellent black ebony grip with an intact and complex twisted brass wire winding.
Very good silver nickel plated metal scabbard with one loose hanging ring. Silver nickel plating shows some light wear and there is a smal single dent only, low on the reverse side.
Total length 103 cm. Width at the ricasso: 2,0 cm
