Lee Enfield (SMLE) No1 MkII*. Minty deep blued plain blade with Crown over G.R.I., MKII * 10'42 R.F.I. (=Rifle Factory Ishapore, July 1941) on ricasso and IS147, IS22b and IS19 stamps on reverse side of ricasso. False edge. Minty blued pommel with oil hole and crossguard with muzzle ring MRD 16.7 mm. Excellent wooden grips secured with screwbolts. Excellent shortened black leather Po.7 scabbard with blued metal fittings. Round frog stud, all stitches intact and no dents.
