German (Prussia) M 1871 bayonet, double maker marked: ALEX.COPPEL - SOLINGEN / Crown over ERFURT. Unit marking! (ABCN1229)(K366)(JN78-1)

Mauser M71 rifle/Mauser M71/84 rifle / Werder M1869 Rifle. Excellent bright finished fullered sharpened lade. Double maker marked ricasso:  ALEX.COPPEL over SOLINGEN on the ricasso and on the reverse side: Crown over ERFURT. Blade spine is crisp Prussian marked and dated: Crown over W over '79  over a Gothic  inspection marking. Excellent brass grip with a blued external spring. Excellent bright finished steel crossguard with quillon and muzzle ring. MRD 17,4 mm. Very crisp Gothic Inspection marking on the crossguard facing the blade. Crossguard is unit marked: 52. R. 4. 132  (= 52th. Regiment von Alvensleben. (6th. Brandenburgisches) 4th. Battalion, rifle 132. Home base: Cottbus and Crossen)  
Excellent tooled black leather scabbard with Inspection markings to the brass fittings. No dents and no unit marking to the top mount, a few user spurs to the chape only. All stitches intact.
