Mauser K98. Serial number: 1374 over r on the ricasso. Excellent fullered blued blade with German makers secret code: S/155 G (= E.u.F. Horster - Solingen. G= 1935) on the ricasso. Reverse side with serial number. Excellent blued pommel and crossguard. Excellent+ flash gard. Excellent black bakelite grips, secured to the tang by two screw bolts.
Excellent (matching) maker secret code and dated blued steel scabbard: S/155 G (= E.u.F. Horster - Solingen. G= 1935) and serial number: 3788 over l. No dents to the scabbard.
