German KS98 officers dress bayonet WWII by C.G.SPITZER- SOLINGEN with Staghorn grips(ABCN401)(K118)(JN84-4)
KS98 Officer's WWII dress Kurzes. Beautiful bright polished fullered blade with German maker's trade mark; C. GUSTAVE SPITZER- SOLINGEN and Lion logo in a circle crisp on the left ricasso.
Brown leather washer. Very nice chrome plated bird head pommel. Bright chrome plated crossguard and short backwards swept quillon. Excellent stag horn grips riveted to the blade tang by two allow rivets. Non working TO-slot. TO-slot is filled with a red felt plug.
Excellent and correct black painted metal WWII scabbard with no dents. Throat is numbered 315. Blade length 24,5 cm. Total length 36,8 cm
This M 1898 WWII officers kurzes is in a near excellent condition. About 85% of the plating is intact.
