German(Bavarian) M 1858 Podewils socket bayonet (ABCN1263)(K386)(JN13-1)
German -Bavarian- M 1858 Podewils Infantry rifle. Cal 13.9 mm Type I, II, and III. Socket bayonet. Serial number: 94802 on the right side of the shank. Very good bright finished triangular blade with a Bavarian inspection marking: Crown over 1 on the ricasso. Left shank side is unit marked: 11 I R 2 L B7 . Socket with an oblique mortise slot with a squared end and locking ring. Collar is marked: D and VIIII. MRD20 mm.
Total length: 612 mm.
No scabbard.
