German(Bavaria) M 1869/75 Werder bayonet(ABCN1194)(K359)(JN13-3)

Werder M 1869 rifle. Serial number: 320 on grip and blade spine. Excellent (aptiert) bright finished fullered blade, marked 320 and HS on the blade spine. German maker's logo A-Scale-C (=Alexander Coppel-Solingen) on the ricasso. Excellent massive brass grip with a T-slot  External spring.  Modified quillon and crossguard. Bavarian unit marking on left side of the crossguard: 8. R. R. L. K. a. I. 136.  The right crossguard shows another different and faint unit marking: L.D. 16 .4 and the serial number 320.  Muzzle ring with fastening screw. MRD 17.3 mm.
Excellent black leather scabbard with brass fittings. No dents to the fittings and all stitches intact. Right side of the chape is unit marked: 7-6-2-1-5 over 1-P-D over 4 and the left side of the chape: 18. R. E. 2. over 33
This is a very rare Bavarian bayonet modified in 1875. Hard to find in this condition.
