Bayonets for sale
Greece used English No. 4 MKII socket bayonet by Singer + dated MK1 scabbard + Greek 1946 frog. (ABCN33)(K3)(JN60-3)
Greece issued Enfield 303. No.4 rifle. Excellent- blackened socket and bright finished round blade made from one piece of steel. First 1 cm blackened. Socket is faint marked: No4 MKII and N67 (= Dispersal code for Singer) Reverse is marked /I\.
Excellent+ No. 4 MKI blued steel scabbard with a mazak throat is marked: No.4 MKI S.S.P. 1943 (= Sheffield Steel Products 1943.)
Excellent Greece made brown leather frog marked: ABYN in a box on the front side.
After WWII, England supplied Greece in 1946 with a number of Enfield 303. No.4 rifles and No.4 MKII bayonets.
The bayonet frogs were made by Greece.
