English M1913 bayonet by Winchester USA. (ABCN1039-3)(K 321)(JN 223-1)

Lee Enfield M1914/US M17. Excellent parkerized fullered blade, first 2 cm. blackened. Ricasso is very crisp marked: 1913 over date: 4 -17 over US makers trademark: W (=Winchester-USA). On the reverse side two American controle markings : Crown over W8 over A, Crown over 36 over A.  There is a bend test mark: X  and a /I\. Excellent parkerized pommel with no oil hole and crossguard with muzzle ring MRD 15.5 mm.
Excellent++ walnut wooden grips with two nuts.
Excellent and correct black leather scabbard with all stitches intact. Almond shape frog stud and 3 rivets on the top mount. Leather body is marked: /I\, Crown over 12 over A and dated '17.  Top mount is marked RE in a circle and the chape is marked RE between two lines.(=Reminton-USA)  No dents to the mounts. 

Excellent US made, British used bayonet.
This bayonet was a part of the English WWI rifle and bayonet contract. It was made by Remington and Winchester. Remington produced 1.243.000 bayonets. Winchester 225.000 only!.
