Description
Iranian contract Czech made M 1898/29 Mauser rifle Kal. 8 mm. Beautiful bright finished fullered long blade. Edge downwards. Bright finished pommel with T-O slot, marked with a small crown and a serial number in Farsi characters. Bright crossguard riveted to the blade with muzzle ring MRD 15 mm. Excellent wooden grips fixed to the blade tang with screw bolts.
Very nice re-blackened metal scabbard with a frog loop. Some user spurs and some small dents near the tip only.
