Brazilian M 1935 bayonet by Mauser. (ABCN595)(K0)(JN0)

Brazilian Mauser M98, 7 mm rifle. Serial number: 5315 in small digits on left crossguard. Excellent bright finished fullered blade. Large and heavy bright finished riveted pommel and crossguard with muzzle ring MRD 15.5 mm. T-O slot in pommel. Short mortise slot 27 mm. Minty wooden grips with oil hole secured to the blade with screw bolts. 
Excellent and correct blued metal scabbard with Belgium/ German type frog stud. No serial number on scabbard. 

Quite a rare bayonet. It is believed only 8.000 were made by Mauser for Brazil in 1935-37. Total length 432 mm. Blade length 300 mm.
Beautiful and very well made heavy bayonet in an Excellent condition.
