Belgian FN Mauser M 1889 Infantry carbine. Serial number: L 950 Matching! on the crossguard. Minty bright finished fullered blade. Belgian inspection marking: Crown over HF in a trilob on the ricasso. Excellent++ bright finished T-slotted pommel and crossguard with forward swept guillon MRD 17.5 mm. Reverse crossguard is regimental marked : letter I. (= 9th. Line Regiment) and a tiny N in a box stamp on the blade spine. Minty wooden grips secured by two screw bolts and washers.
Near Mint blued steel scabbard with no dents. Frog stud with matching serial number and regiment number: L over 950 and I.(=9th. Line Regiment).
