Belgian Infantry bayonet belt frog for M 1889 knife bayonet (AC42).
Belgian bayonet frog for the M 1889 knife bayonet. Serial number: L over 53506 on the reverse side. Superb stitched flexible tooled black leather bayonet frog. Not riveted. Open front with a tooled retaining strap and a steel buckle with a roller. Loose hilt loop. Pointed front.
These were used with the M1889 short infantry bayonets.
