Belgian made Dutch M1962 tubular FAL bayonet (ABCN97-1)(K744)(JN21-2)

FN FAL and CAL. automatic rifle 7.62 mm NATO. No serial number. Excellent parkerized blade with a flat upper side and a round underside. Blade is marked: S near the barrel opening. Very good parkerized long cylindrical socket showing some stains only. Four slotted openings and a ribbed catch with no "wings". Excellent blackened steel scabbard with a metal throat. Integral green khaki webbing with a brass US belt hook and a retaining strap. No dents to the scabbard.

These were produced in Belgian by FN for the Netherlands and show small differences with the Belgian and the German version. In particular the ribbed catch which is "winged" and plain in the Belgium and German version.
